FM 100 focus monitor
The FM 100 focus monitor is a compact beam profiler system with our standard ML3743 camera, ML1201 beamlux II advanced software and high power attenuators. Up to 100 W laser beams and laser spots can be evaluated with high accuracy.
Neutral density filters can be exchanged easily to reduce the power to a suitable level for the CCD camera (option filter wheel).
Near field lenses with magnifications of 5x, 10x, 20x for Nd Yag and for Excimer lasers are available.
