ML4540 industry beam profiler
The ML4540 industry beam profiler is a compact beam profiler system with our standard ML3743 camera, ML1200 beamlux II advanced software and high power attenuators. Up to 300 W laser beams and laser spots can be evaluated with high accuracy.
Additional neutral density filters can be attached and exchanged easily to reduce the power to a suitable level forCCD camera.
The beam profiler is provided with connections for power sensors and further attenuators. The industry beam profiler is available as a sealed system. Flanges for vacuum and purged use can be attached.
Near field lenses with magnifications of 5x, 10x, 20x for Nd Yag and for Excimer lasers are available.
