The optical sensor measures the weld seams with laser triangulation and automatically evaluates the data. The robust, high-precision quality control analyzes the seam quality and measures and categorizes all defects and quality deviations. The sensor can be used separately or in combination behind the welding torch. This makes your process faster and no manual quality control or another „control process run“ is needed.
